酒店位置交通便利，大堂感觉也不错，但内部设施较陈旧，房间里配置的物品与四星级酒店的标志不相称。

硬件太差，若不是临时去，也不会选择入住，房间装修很旧，居然晚上没空调，说是自然风，半夜热醒来好几次，不推荐入住

不以人为本，店大欺客，预定完房间想取消都取消不了，一下子一千多块没了，在中民订宾馆也不是一天两天了，好几年，这点小事都办不了，相当烦，相当失望，以后要不是中民有会议，领导必须住那，打死我也不订中民了。再者，对艺龙也很失望，非让我做担保。第一次用信用卡就出这事，以后还是不在网上订了
