小院古香古色，院子里有石榴树，金鱼缸，很接底气，非常适合外地來京想体验老北京四合院气息的朋友。里后海很近，交通也方便。缺点是院子有点小，再套一进就好了。

除了周边没有地铁，其它都方便，房间没有二楼，全是平层的四合院，共11个房间，很温馨，老板热情，早餐简单，但是环境很温暖。小院可以打牌下棋。

给人的第一印象是穿越到古代了。房间很小，卫生间居然没有门，不过早餐吃的很舒服，粥配油条…服务员态度很好。
