总体还是不错的，因为单位在附近，出门办事比较方便，背后是人定湖公园，晚上出去锻炼也比较方便，早餐还是不错的也是主要选择这里的主要因素，卫生服务都还过得去，就是设施比较老旧了，并且最近的房价也上涨了不少。。酒店住宿可以免费停车，保安很尽责。值得入住！

是国营单位的宾馆，服务态度挺好。位置不是很好找，离最近的鼓楼地铁站有1.5公里，不累的时候步行，累的时候感觉好远，打车又不值当的。附近吃饭不太方便。房间很小，设施老旧，是我住过最旧的宾馆了，蚊子也超多。
