首先说说优点吧：1、酒店位置好，离天安门近，走路10一15分钟，离地铁站15分钟，门口有公交到后海和北京站都很近；2、酒店服务态度还可以。缺点：1、网上酒店房型不清，我们订的标间没有写明是内窗（内窗和无窗没区别，这点太坑人）；2、水壶盖坏了盖不上，服务员不给换，借口是房间全满没的换；3、酒店晚上有机器噪音，严重影响睡眠；4、我们住的房间不知是不是内窗（实为无窗）原因热、热、热，燥热的无法睡觉。
