在同程搜的王府井附近，看名字和图片挺大气的，条件很好，个人感觉贵点，老人溜达太累了，想退掉一晚回家，可惜不给退，这点很不满意，应该是同程的事与酒店无关，这里特别给31号的当班前台接待和保安点赞，服务真的特别满意

前台服务态度很好，门口的保安师傅特别负责，安全很有保障。房间干净整洁，收拾及时。位置优越，离王府井大街很近。

地理位置好！距天安门广场步行十几分钟的路程，离王府井地铁站步行十分钟即到。br订的无窗的大床房，入住的时候房间还没打扫完，前台免费帮我们升级了带窗的房间，孩子很开心😃br房间干净整洁，推荐！

除了位置优越，其它真的差的一塌糊涂，星级收费，垃圾服务（尤其是前台），床上用品全是异味，换过一套后发现原来是洗涤的问题！收费标准和服务完全不符合，真心不推荐住。
