前台接待服务差，大厅的标记与实际不符，酒店管理差。服务指南上记载的叫醒服务是拨8333.但拨过去又被告知拨8111.一点服务意识都没有。豪华标间的卫生间的地面砖上被砸的坑坑洼洼，感觉还不如家庭旅馆。
