酒店房间整洁，设施完善，餐厅味道也不错哦，服务人员态度很好，对于出行来说也很方便，周边用餐购物很方便，酒店环境卫生也很好，值得推荐！特别是酒店后面的张公山公园早晨散步特别棒！ 每次到蚌埠都入住这个酒店，更值得推荐。

酒店位置便利，环境非常好，紧邻张公山风景区，很安静，关键的是停车场很大，方便停车，酒店内设施也不错，虽然旧了点，但是很干净

入住时有误会不是很开心，前台态度生硬 处理事情慢。但是预订部的经理处理问题还是可以点赞的，送了果盘和巧克力给我儿子。总体来说，酒店位置不错，环境很好。因为离老公家近，所以下次还是会选择的。但是给酒店建议是：提高前台的服务意识，前台是酒店的形象 酒店的门脸。不要让某一方面拉低其他方面的档次。
