  外表看起来非常大气，里面设备一般般，服务一般，交通非常不方便，不开车过来，出行只能靠酒店前台找当地出租车队，网约车都不来，连饭都吃不到，中午12点去餐厅吃饭，告知没饭了，无奈跟服务人员软磨硬泡，才同意给开小灶，晚上六七点就没有晚餐，说是下班了，基本上就是专门为会议服务，如果赶上会议，那么人家吃什么，你就吃什么，酒店房间空调面板不能调节，4月份那几天天气有点冷嗖嗖，还下雨，想把空调调高一点，结果按死没反应，客房的走廊弥漫一股饭店的酒菜味，感觉就像进了包厢，非常差的一次体验，周边很荒凉，要不是开会，绝对不会过来！以上真实体验，不吹不黑

  该酒店硬件方面可以和蚌埠市的五星级酒店媲美。本人5月26号住宿不满意，不足之处1、房间没有放置矿泉求；2、夏季蚊子较多，没有放置除蚊设备；3、前台服务员晚上没有告知客户早餐时间；4、本人早上9点25分去餐厅有餐，被扫地的服务人员告知没有餐了，且前台收银员没有任何解决方案，只有一个原因是客户去晚了，既然客户购买了有餐的房间，为何不和客户确认一下是否留餐呢？以上几点希望能够改正，也希望贵公司越来越好，不过硬件设施方便还是很好看你们的，下次还会选择。
