酒店设施还可以，但是服务态度特别差，标间两张床一个房间，就给一个人早饭，登记时早餐券没有给我，早上去前台要，只给我一张，我以为一张券一个房间的两个人可以用的，我当时带了两个小孩一个两岁，一个六岁，前台说只可以给小的孩子吃，大的不可以吃，我就感到奇怪了，给一个人吃，而且只能给小的孩子吃，我说标准间怎么只给一个早餐券，前台说我登记一个人所以就一张，我第一次遇到标间早餐券是按登记人数给的登记一个人就给一张早餐券，是不是我登记10个人就给10张早餐券啊？订房间的时候为什么不跟我说清楚登记一个人只能给一张早餐券，前台态度是很强硬的，根本就不理你的，一副生意不愁做的样子，你早说这样谁住你家店啊？难道蚌埠市就你一家宾馆吗？怎么会这么牛？就这种服务态度以后再也不会入住！
