不知道因为什么原因，不给办理入住，说什么网站来源，然后就一直打电话让我等了大约15分钟左右，这个前台接待服务一点也不好！我要寄存行李，她告诉不可以，但是我看到有提示牌上有提示可以寄存，我要叫醒服务让我自己打电话，等到我到房间打叫醒服务时我发现马桶是坏的，总机让我在打一次电话，感觉要巴结他们似的，我是顾客，没有要求特别好的服务，最起码要做到让我减少不必要的麻烦吧
