万达嘉华酒店设备设施完善齐全，服务质量好，停车具有酒店外和地下停车场十分方便，真的非常棒，健身房泳池一应俱全，宾客关系主任Mia周萌小姐，宾至如归，服务非常专业，一直选择。非常感谢酒店带给我不一样的旅程…………

酒店位置很好，多次入住，非常喜欢酒店的装修风格。前台人员服务态度很好，热情专业，早餐很丰盛，房间也很大，每次入住都睡得很舒服。很多次都遇见了胡经理，人很好，亲和专业，加了微信，以后来会提前联系她，大力推荐。

一次感受不如一次！这次出差半夜订房无回应，到了酒店凌晨四点。前台黑压压，一个人都没有。一直等到六点才开到房。六点开房还要算是前一天，不能算当天。一年出差至少在嘉华住过2-30次了。还要让客人拖着疲惫的身体跟前台讨价还价两个小时算次日的事情？服务员形象一次不如一次一塌糊涂，脏兮兮。白天进出酒店的人文也是乱七八糟，根本没有酒店管理可言！开车出停车场，等了五分钟也没有保安来收听车票。第二天果断选择换豪生！嘉华是再也做不到我生意了。

第一次到蚌埠，也是第一次入住嘉华酒店，前台可可服务很好，会很仔细的问我的喜好，感觉很周到，很暖心，冲着服务，以后还会继续选择这里。
