1说好房间留到6点的，结果我七点才到宾馆。我预定的有电脑的房间没有了，这本来很正常。只是服务员的话雷死我了，她说我即使早来也没有那样的房间，因为他们根本就没给我预留！
2.小卖部只有等你打电话去喊，才来开门。据她们解释说平时还有其它的岗位。为了买瓶水，我前后等了二十分钟。
3.住了一天多，没听到任何一个服务人员对我说“您好”“谢谢”等服务用语，诺大的大厅，只有我一人进来，也没见服务员抬头和我打招呼，就当没有任何人进来。
