迄今为止住过数百个酒店中餐厅服务最差的一个！9:28进入早餐餐厅，服务员说早餐到9:30，请尽快多取餐。可我们拿上餐盘准备取餐时，五六个服务员正在回收摆放的餐食。我们请服务员稍等再收，却没有一个人理睬，不到两分钟几乎所有餐食悉数收光！我们两个人还有另一位同时来的客人只取到一碗粥，一点咸菜，一点小面食。如此不懂得礼貌、不尊重客人的服务员还真是前所未见！这就是本溪服务行业四星酒店的素质和服务理念吗？本溪还谈什么发展吗？没救了！！！！

订的特价房，价格基本是正常大床房的一半，但是没有窗户。第一次给的房间里面烟味特别重，给前台打电话换了一间，就出去玩儿了。晚上回来发现中央空调不好用，屋里很闷热，但是时间太晚也懒得换了。整体环境不错，热水出水量也很足，床特别大，两个人睡毫无压力。美中不足床脚太尖而且露在外面，从床边走过的时候被磕到，裤子都磕了个洞…

很干净锦江山门前有个奥达 商务宾馆 ,环境超级棒啊,上次我和同学一起在那里住的,电脑什么的设施齐全,免费的早餐,嘻嘻,下次去玩一定也去那里住~
