带孩子考试，安排的房间只有10多平，同携程描述的大小完全不一样，同行朋友交涉让加钱后升级，被我们拒绝才给升级，酒店早餐太一般，连牛奶都没有。

为了陪孩子考试，提前很久在携程订了两间房，到店安排了3002房3006房，房间面积只有10多平，跟携程上描述的32平差距太大了，跟酒店交涉让我加钱升级，被我坚决拒绝，后等了很久才给免费升级。房间门锁不能反锁说坏了，晚上只能用箱子和凳子堵门，后来发现窗户也锁不上，后来跟服务员要了个大钉子插上，我也真的无语了。

闹中取静、别有洞天是对本钢宾馆的直接评价！院内很大，停车方便且不收费！房间规整，虽然设施并不新，但完好完备！楼内设有茶榭，绿植花卉、红鱼戏水，环境幽雅！早餐比较简单，但也家常可口！前台、餐厅、客房的服务人员态度都很好！
