卫生干净，早餐还行，品种比较多，但去迟了就没了，双床的床很大，应是1.5m的。停车场比较大。酒店位置较偏，离本溪市区比较远，但在药科大学分校（高德查不到）内，环境优雅、安静。

硬件尚可，前台服务体验差，当天入住时为旅游淡季酒店入住率较低，因是度假型酒店对环境比较期望，办理入住时特别要求安排好点的户型与位置，但是安排的房间很差，竟然更换了两次，十分不理解该酒店的做法，为什么不让宾客体验到该酒店更好的一面，就不担心这样的服务流失客户么？
