公寓房位置很好，进出方便，上楼电梯要刷卡很安全噢，房主非常热情，接我们上楼，还给我们介绍本溪的景点，附近的吃喝哪里好，楼下就是个大商场，吃玩都非常方便，房间装修精致，干净整洁，生活设施一应俱全，是外出旅游的首选哦！

非常差，洗衣机不好用，室内卫生保洁做的也不好，因为八楼是出入口，店家只肯在八楼接，给一把钥匙，全家出去很不方便。另因不满意房子，店家现场诱导多价钱给我们原来说好的预订户型。总之，房子不好，店家人品也不好，不会再去！

公寓式酒店，带餐厅和客厅，有一种住家的感觉。卫生间内放置的都是家庭用的洗浴用品，质量好，用的放心。楼下是新玛特广场，吃饭，玩乐，购物，电影，一应俱全，对面是本溪火车站，离汽车客运站不远，可以坐到沈阳桃仙机场的直通大巴。老板人很好。

本人出游喜欢这种家庭式公寓，很干净卫生，16层视野好，晚上本溪夜景净收眼底，楼下就是新玛特，必胜客。老板很热情，主动告诉我本溪哪好玩哪好吃哪实惠，上楼需要刷卡，只是酒店的确不太好找，电联老板，老板下楼接的

第一次到那么北边的城市，很适应，很开心，感谢老板，到了酒店下来接我们，为我们介绍当地有名的小吃，离店的时候送我们一直到上车。非常感动。再说硬件，房间很大，空调卫生间也都没问题。地理位置就在火车站。隔壁就是步行街。总结就是，下一次来，我还住这里。
