因为第二天要去百里杜鹃风景区，入住的时候特意问前台，早餐几点开始?告知七点，于是约了七点半从酒店出发的滴滴网约车。结果第二天七点下到餐厅，发现根本没开，餐厅服务员说七点半才营业。结果一大群住客生生在大堂从七点等到快七点半。餐厅开门后，因为时间来不及，于是提出那几个包子带走在路上吃，结果服务员居然不同意，说东西不能带出去。四星级酒店，完全不靠谱的服务和教条主义，非常差的体验。

卫生打扫的并不是很干净，地上都还有皮筋，卫生间一股味道，早上八点就被吵醒了，真的很吵，各种乐器声，都不知道凭什么收这么贵的费用。

洗澡水非常小，热水等好久才到，提示服务电话根本打不通！差评差评！以后再也不会入住此酒店！服务给我说的拿个充电器头一等就是第二天！然后我退房时去问她居然说酒店根本就没有！

性价比凑合吧，没啥特别的！环境还可以，周边配套很不错，好多好多吃饭的地方，酒店的早餐一般，设施设备比较陈旧！老酒店了！
