酒店服务态度差，一位中年妇女的前台出言不逊，攻击客人，太生气啦，难道你们没人管吗？客人的东西忘在酒店了不及时通知客人，客人发现自己回来拿，还强词夺理这是星级酒店服务吗？

该酒店是我们这次旅行所住酒店中，遇到的服务人员态度最差的。我们的东西拿掉了，结果回去问酒店有没有在房间看到，酒店说让我们去管理部拿。当时我们很生气问他们查房看到了为啥不说，还直接就给我们办理了退房，结果前天一位中年妇女还蛮横无理，旁边住店客人都看不下去说了中年妇女，服务行业态度不应该这样她才熄火滴
