服务卫生部错，怕冷的人这段时间不建议住，疫情期间不开空调，房间空间大，虽然加了毛毯，但睡了很久都不暖和估计被芯的区别，有些酒店虽然不开空调但被子很暖和，枕头很舒服，但床不是很软，
