应该是个老的酒店吧，新的时候应该有四星，但是目前应该只能算三星，地毯稍微有点脏旧了，前台服务态度可以，位置还行，早餐也还行，毕竟价格收费不高，总的来说性价比不错

17点左右入住开始断断续续停电，住12楼电梯不能用，上下爬了两次，同行的6点过被关电梯40分钟，出来后到晚上21点过吃了饭回来都没酒店人问一句，回酒店电梯还是不能用，22点过都没有热水，前台围了很多人问他们，因为解决不了没人回答，经理不敢承认是经理（前台几个人接待都说她是，她自己说不是），我们房间还好，同行的另一个房间很多灯是坏的，电视开不钱，原来遥控器里没有电池，总之不会再来这家

酒店管理极其混乱。早上8点退房，把房卡交到前台，10分钟后过去确认，问查好房了吗？前台答复，查好了。结果中午1点接到酒店来电，问是否还要续住，告知已经退房。一会收到扣款短信，消费283元。当即致电酒店，询问房费不是268么？怎么扣款283元？酒店答复消费了一条纸内裤，15元。**，我什么时候消费了纸内裤，要是真消费了，我还能不认账？早上查房的时候你不说，我都到重庆了，你说我有消费，管理实在差劲。此外，酒店老旧，设施破烂，地毯脏乱，污渍和烟头烧痕随处可见，早餐过于简单，强烈不推荐。
