前台服务态度和服务质量对不起喜来登这个品牌。酒店硬件设施完善房间大，空调给力热水给力，健身房略小，餐厅服务到位菜品很不错。所有楼层服务人员遇到客人统一不会问一声好，房间内茶壶没清理剩俩茶包发霉了很恶心。整体来说酒店是好酒店，但是服务质量上也就快捷酒店的水平，可惜了这还不错的硬件和地理位置。
