一点热水都没有。房间的枕头又很黑。酒店一直骗我们。晚上到天亮走，一直都没有热水。晚上打电话说早上一定有热水。结果早上打电话说坏了，也没有热水。前台的态度也很差，还给我们说每个房间都一样。哎，从来没做过那么垃圾的酒店。

住酒店的千万不要住这家，这就不应该叫酒店，宾馆差不多，我住的还是豪华套房，浴室里面帕子好脏，空调遥控器也失灵的很难按，温度也难调，早上起床没热水，反正很差评，能不住还是不住，反正各种差差差

本来是冲着网上高分评价去的，结果却很失望，实在不知道网上的高分怎么来的……特地选一个离城区较远的，本想避开小广告，结果不断有人从门缝塞进来，被孩子看到好尴尬，本来有停车场是好事，结果守停车场的保安态度之恶劣，我们回来晚了，挨着旁边的车停，结果我们这边的车都是斜的（但是根本不影响），保安不会好好说话，骂骂咧咧的让我们挪车，还去一个一个把客人找来挪车，大半夜的，早我们停车的时候怎么不见你在停车场指挥，你半夜开始上班了，客人就要下来挪车吗？而且客气话都不会说，一直骂骂咧咧的说你们这些人没素质，如果不是因为已经入住不能退款，我都想立刻转身离开……以后绝对不会去住了……
