就在草海边上，观海位置绝佳。酒店卫生一般，早餐差强人意。门锁不太好开，浴室灯也坏了。第一天晚上下了雨，停了水，放出来的水全是浑的。就是凑合能住，这个价格也差不多就这条件了。如果要观海的房间，需要定两翼有阳台的。中间那些房间阳台有蓝色玻璃，是影响视线的。

服务太差。房间没有消费内容，查房服务员说灭蚊器找不到，最后要求我们上去，结果灭蚊器就插在墙上的插座上。由此耽误了半个小时还差点被污蔑拿走灭蚊器，要求前台办理退房的服务员道欠，他说不关他的事，让我们找服务员，真是岂有此理。一个好好的宾馆被管理成这样真可惜。

酒店位置就在景区，但景区在关停整改，周边就是工地，有些影响。到酒店时天气变冷，需要用到空调，结果告知空调用不了，只有加被子。电吹风吹头发开到热风档都是冷的。早上客房服务在8点多就用房卡开门进屋，把熟睡的我吓醒。早餐米粉好吃，自助餐其他品种少，量也少，还未到早餐结束时间，但要再加点食物，就都已经没有了，所以要一次取够。

很棒的入住体验，景观房带阳台，足不出户就能欣赏到美景，房间也很宽敞，小朋友喜欢得不得了，还在房间里铺开野餐垫过了吧野餐瘾😆

酒店房间较大，设施相对旧一些，但不影响入住。我个人比较喜欢酒店房间很明亮，但是房间灯光一般。停车非常方便，大门及边上两个停车场。观海房在天气好时，可以直接看到草海。早晨散步下去，可以看到草海大貌，已经住过2次，就是早餐很一般。

几年前去草海，觉得真是一个世外桃源，泛舟海上，一眼望穿水底。酒店当年还叫朗玉度假酒店，一楼还有沙盘，卖房子。门口草坪走完就是草海公园。现在什么都没有了，破败的草海，疏于维护的酒店。威宁旅游如果以前能打8分，现在4分都不够格了……
可惜了这么好一片湿地。
