酒店卫生和环境都还不错，就是前台工作人员太不靠谱。订的房间网上发短信告知保留到20:00点，可到酒店后，前台告知17:00点就取消了。我晕，也没电话通知我。后来把当班经理找来才解决房间的问题。当然我自己也有点责任，因为堵车20:20才到酒店。

网上订房还是比较方便的，但是！房间内灯光昏暗，床头没有充电插座，浴帽刚拿出来还没用轻轻一扯就烂掉了，有电脑，很卡，还是ie6浏览器…空调我从10点开到1点都没反应，第二天又把我热醒。最后结账，问我有房间内消费没，我很肯定自己没有，结果一打电话，居然消费了一个马桶垫…一张破纸…三块…**住那么多酒店第一次遇到这玩意要收费的我也是醉了…
