318房间可以送温泉劵，345订的就不可以，而且温泉前台服务态度忒差，就是不可以。很蛮狠态度。印象很差

酒店很新，硬件很好，服务有待提高。停车很方便，房间很大气。只是出了酒店外面几乎没什么商业服务，酒店里面的设施下班也都比较早。

前台从经理到服务员训练有素！尤其是夜班的那两位美女！服务周到得体！经理遇到问题头脑清醒反应快速！餐厅服务水平稍有欠缺！这个酒店硬件上很强大了尤其是在这么一个小县城，房间里再加上浴缸那就是五星！早餐比较丰富但属于传统中式风味！西式面点基本不能吃！咖啡是速溶的！没有磨豆咖啡！这是酒店的理念问题！马上配备磨豆咖啡机吧！总之，我是满意的对本次入住！希望酒店越来越好！
