设施老化十分严重，床头灯不能用，空调是中央的，不大管用，吹风机不能用，洗发膏出口堵了根本出不来，床单上还有血渍和脚印，前台服务十分不熟练，退房查房慢死，等了接近十分钟，服务一点也不好，前台没礼貌，还三星我看找个巷子里的小旅馆

酒店设施太老了，电视信号差，网络信号差（楼道里有，房间没有），早餐不错，服务人员态度好，热情。房间设施还行，卫生间毛巾应換新的了。
