我落在酒店的物品被酒店服务员私吞了，酒店一直说在找，几天都没给答复，我打电话去问，前台服务员态度还特别恶劣。酒店标榜豪华型，可是员工素质太差，大家要谨慎入住这样的酒店，管理服务都特别差！！！下次绝对不会再住这家酒店了！

酒店插座很少，对于现在手机不离手的人们不是很方便。洗手间浴缸旁边竟然没有浴帘，洗澡的时候洗手间不是全湿了嘛！

细节做的越来越好了，天冷给添了加湿器，不错！三点建议：一是早餐换换花样，这几个月一直没变过，实在吃够了；二是昨晚水压不足，马桶都不好冲，之前都很好的；三是对商务人士考虑不足，原来的足疗服务没有了，累了一天再出去做足疗实在没动力。
