设施陈旧，空调口裸露一个大洞，门把手墙体开裂，沙发发霉，服务态度差，住房时说有早餐，餐券不给，第二天吃饭从前台路过也不说，餐厅要餐券还要回来拿，在同程预订说报姓名入住即可，可前台非要预订码，我说没有，你查名字，不同意，非要拿我手机看在哪个网站预订，是不是同程网预订的别人不买账啊，自来水水碱很重，刷牙都涩口没有净水设备，早餐极为简陋，一根油条一碗豆浆，小菜都不给，其他东西要另外付钱买，哦，是在一楼大厅隔壁的豆浆店吃的，感情是被倒卖了，哎，这么多年从来没有这么差的评价，关键价格还不低，129，后来到其他繁华地段一看，城市之家，装修服务都好，价格才109，上当了，同程没有仔细核实酒店情况有不负责任的嫌疑，或者是这个酒店给的回扣多吗，或者同程不可靠了，还有停车场没有，就是在门口乱停的
