酒店位置很不错，出门就是商业街还有万达广场，有玩有吃的，很方便。酒店员工服务很好，环境也很好，就是没专属WiFi，可能是我没找到吧，总体来说还是推荐来住的

很好，花洒水量充足温度也很好，前台小姐姐态度很好，设施也很好，窗户很大，阳光很舒服。有停车位，早餐也挺丰富的。

新开的酒店，设施非常好！在亳州算很好的酒店了，最重要的是性价比比较高！！唯一需要提醒的是，在导航时是容易找不到，原来我老是搜索维也纳酒店，其实是维纳斯，是一个集团的

关于空调的问题，无力吐槽，那天去有点热，打电话给前台，说中央空调暖风，我说给我一个电风扇吧，她说电风扇别的客人拿走了，没有了，竟然不止我一个人觉得热为啥必须中央空调热风呢，谁这天开热风？真的对他们服务超级不满意，很不喜欢酒店这种强制性的服务，讨厌至极

必须点名表扬一位叫李雪的职员，服务态度特别贴心，退房时电脑适配器落在房间了，还专门给快递回上海，酒店房间全新装修的，洁具也是全新，洗澡水压超好，热水一触即达~ 各方面都很nice ，之前有住过旁边的欢朋，总之比那儿好。
