陪母亲去看运兵道和花戏楼，觉得住在这里交通方便。但真没见过这样的大酒店，进了房间吓一跳，桌椅陈旧，地毯竟然比在大街上搞促销的店门口铺的还脏；卫生间里放洗发水的盒子坏了，就在浴缸边放了一个旧饮料瓶，装了半瓶东西；晚上站在浴缸里洗澡，脚下一滑，伸手抓住墙上的不锈钢扶手，居然应声而下，身体几乎摔出浴缸，再看手中的不锈钢管，固定螺丝早已锈蚀。幸好是本人反应迅速，若是年过70的母亲，恐怕就出事了！这不是艺龙的问题，也不是“大酒店”的问题，却是古井集团的羞耻，建议酒店经理把这条评论发到集团董事长的邮箱里，让他看看。

老牌的三星级，设施确实对得起名字中的“古”字。一楼餐厅的饭菜算是亮点吧。经理的服务态度还挺好，普通服务员的业务水平亟需提高，信用卡都不会刷。入住的时候在经理帮助下刷了预授权，结帐的时候经理不在，结果给我刷了消费。

有陈旧感，这家酒店按照当时的设计和规模算是高档酒店了，应该改善内部设施，服务人员服务很热情。总体还算不错。餐厅环境建议改善。

酒店很老，我们住的房间竟然没有热水，实在受不了，就换了家酒店，新来不久的五星酒店，好很多

估计酒店使用年久，管理和设施都已老化，特别是卫生更成问题，大堂里苍蝇不但多，而且很悠闲，因为没有人打扰它们。

入住的是豪华标间，酒店房间很小，比经济型酒店还小，设施陈旧，电视机非常老旧，没免费停车，服务态度还好，早点不错丰富
