酒店设施一般，比较陈旧!最不能接受的酒店居然停水!从晚上11点左右停到第二天中午去都没有来水!给我造成了很多很多，不方便!

硬件还是蒙城最好的。但服务质量比我上次住没什么太大改进。可能是唯一的高星酒店，没有竞争吧。

没见过这么烂的酒店！！！换了三个房间，没一个房间是好的，第一晚的第一个房间水小，洗脸起码用了十分钟，第二天通知我换房，因为头晚住的楼层要装修，好吧，换那就房，结果换到一个没有网络没有电视，甚至要打电话給客房中心时发现电话线都没有，只能用手机打电话，通知人来修，网络修不好，我要办公只能再换一个房间，结果电视还是有问题，告知客房服务来修还是弄不好，后来直接回复我是广电线路的问题！
我是出差远道而来，这辈子也许都不会再来第二次蒙城，永远都不会想来了！！！觉得我运气差的朋友可以笑我，如果不相信这家酒店之差，尽管可以来试试。对了，听当地人说漆园也许是个不错的选择，给像我一样第一次来这里的外地人一个参考吧。
