嘉华的酒店硬件设施还是不错的。服务理念也尚可。住了两次，感觉管理水平跟不上。房间的卫生做的马马虎虎，升级到会员楼层，电梯间通道内一股霉味。孩子喜欢玩水，浴缸里一塌糊涂，我洗了半天，发现里面都是泥沙，勉强洗干净，放水放了一半水就变黄了……
希尔顿洲际不换床单，万达嘉华黄渍渍的水，也真是无语😓。酒店价格上去了，做不好本职的工作，什么品牌，科技，硬件，地理位置都是白搭……

非常奇葩，住宿停车另外缴费，停车超12小时收费20，拿着缴费单再去总台领领每天的停车补助10元，真是醉了……有些楼层换地毯的缘故，房间内气味熏人

万达酒店不用说，确实很不错，停车费虽然给补助10元，但要单独出费，一般情况至少要交25元，让人感觉不舒服
