酒店服务中规中矩，没有特别好也没有特别不好，房间卫生条件不错，隔音效果一般，特别是靠近电梯的房间声音很大，地理位置不错，交通出行方便，总体来说算是物有所值，下次还会再选择这家酒店。

简直垃圾糟糕透了！预定的标间双床，硬是给我换成一张床的房间，我忍了，居然大言不惭的告诉我说标间有两张床的，有一张床的，你他 玛是在侮辱我的智商呢！我还忍了…到了房间以后看到房间的设施卫生我简直要爆发了，前面我都忍了，房间总得给我个说过的过去的吧？卫生间吊顶漏水…马桶没冲洗，全是尿液…地板突起脱落，床上还有头发污渍，墙体掉皮…服务没有！态度垃圾！卫生垃圾！还有什么可以拿出来接待客人的？我实在无法忍受…给一分我都觉得多！

位置交通非常方便,在外交部旁边。酒店环境干净。旁边就是悠堂广场购物购物非常方便。酒店不提供早餐, 可以到外面买。

为了多卖几十元，你们也真是拼了！👍
到酒店六点半，然后说预定是六点到被取消了（好吧，是六点我的错）！
1、我说携程上马上再定同样的大床房，说中午就没了（取消的那间呢——不要说没了，表演不合格）。
2、那好，我再定标准间吧——也说没了，“携程上可定啊”，然后你们就是耗着不处理（你前台不点鼠标，携程不能抢房吧）。
3、那我说定三人间——答复三人间在电梯口！
4、那我怎么办（客户在旁边，我忍住不发火）——直接付398元可以安排！
早说啊，这么不想通过携程，为了多一百（或者几十？），您早说啊！
