  I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing rest. The halal breakfast was a great highlight, with tasty options and good variety. Would definitely come again!

  We took 4D3N for our small family, but were uncomfortable in lots of ways, and service was poor too. - No wifi - No toothbrush provided - No bedroom slippers - The room does not come with tickets to the water park. Paid separately. - Art museum free but need to go before/after Wednesday ONLY. - Tried calling `8` for room food service but nobody answered. Had to go down and eat instead. When asked why nobody answered, another person point out the other person should pickup the call. - Many games were broken down. - Pool maintenance was poor. Saw leaves and branches in the adult pool. - One of the room's air conditions was too noisy and the other was leaking. - Food wise, good enough for light breakfast.

  2nd time been here and it was good for me to bring all my kids here Great place for the kids Small waterpark but worth it with the price Cleanliness should be improve especially on the pool cafe and toilet area waterpark
