这家酒店的硬件设备很好，配备了智能马桶，就是卫生有些问题，经与有关人员了解，说是近期客人多，房间卫生打扫人手不足，临时雇请外面人员来打扫，造成卫生出问题。在这里我想建议贵酒店多外请卫生打扫人员要有管理人员跟踪检查其打扫情况，不要把酒店的声誉给损了，特别是酒店配备了那么先进的设备，卫生等软件跟不上就太可惜了。供参考。
