有史以来最坑的一次，房间很小，网上定的12点就得退房，店里也是118却可以下午3点推，*****就收拾个东西，下个楼超了10分钟就多收我30块超时费，而且前台服务态度不是一般的差一点都不讲情理*****，一副颐指气使的样子，大家可别去了。
