位置距离高速出口有10公里，设施非常陈旧。简陋，服务基本没有，卫生状况一般，隔音效果奇差，服务员在走廊说的对讲机，在房间里听，声音就像在耳边一样，在招待所的级别，479元星级宾馆的收费，室携程客服为了之前另外一家坐地起价的叶坪宾馆取消后的临时推荐，只能暂时凑合住了，下次再也不住了。再说那个叶坪宾馆，居然在携程订单确认318元的基础上加价，那颗取消订单也不去住了。他们这种服务态度，一定不会长久经营的。

东西实在太陈旧，什么都是坏的。四百多元一个标准间，就像一般的招待所，携程网的信息绝对有误。而且在前台现场订房价格要比携程网的便宜60元，携程网，你乱抬价呀！！！

没有停车场，无奈大老远找地方停车。房间异味大，刚进去差点被熏死。临街，窗户玻璃隔音效果差，吵。床一坐就塌了，睡着不舒服。就这破地方还要四百多，两个字：严重不值。

差到不能再差，虽然看评论有心理准备，但是还是没想到那么差，479的价格，住的不超过100元的旅馆，还称3星，里面设施上传照片一看便知，反正不可能再住，水要花钱，连纸巾都要花钱
