前台服务人员态度太差！环境一般地毯真的太旧了还很脏不知道多久打扫一次。装修还可以吧。朋友没带身份证还不让入住，一个身份证开一个房间还要确认是不是一个人住，话说我开房间还要规定我住俩个人三个人吗！三星酒店就这服务态度，不是定好了不可以退我就退房了，一起的朋友还要我去隔壁酒店帮他再订一个房
