线上定的198元双床房，到店前台让付了400元，第二天早上退房，前台说，线上支付的，不需等查房，因赶时间，走了。结果有202元未退回！打电话不通！沟通同程客服，客服说要找前台！

1、一进房间的门就是一股很大的美味。
2、地板上的瓷砖破了也没修补。
3、卫生间的蓬头架是坏的，只能一只手拿着洗。
4、没有地方放洗发水、沐浴露，要在出门去洗手台去拿去放，简直太奇葩了。
5、要多交1倍多的钱作为押金，就这破烂房间及设施还怕人拿什么回家？
6、还不如7天这种连锁酒店，极度不推荐，垃圾。
