很糟糕的一次居然体验，刚进门，就发现地毯是湿的，本以为过一会会干，等晚上正式入住后才发现是地板漏水，服务员上来铺设了毛巾居然整张毛巾沾的水是乌黑的!然后洗澡房的地漏一洗脸就是无法正常排水，一洗澡更是水漫金山!空调感觉最低的温度也开不凉，楼下前台服务人员态度冷淡，退房时居然还要索要毛巾的污秽费用，被我训斥后才免去收取!吃早饭还没吃完，居然把食堂的灯光也关了！感觉不像是在做生意的!这不是在赶客人赶紧走嘛!总之，感觉不会再去第二次!太恶心了!
