酒店管理水平不行:1.提前预定了房，客人下午二点五十到店，告知卫生没搞好，等到四点才拿到房卡；br2.酒店内的洗漱用品、卫生纸质量差，与房价不匹配；br3.客人下午二点半办理退房，服务员要求要交30元的超时退房费，客人问及店方:你方违约，让客人四点才能拿到房卡入住该怎么补偿时，确只得到酒店规定超时退房要补交每小时三十元的超时费，不足一小时按一小时算，超时交房两小时却没一点解释和补偿，这算不算霸王条款？br请酒店管理方予以警醒改进，也请客人斟酌，否则我无需浪费时间写这多评价。
