说说我的感受。
1 电动床帘，地毯基本是新的，硬件总体感觉不错。
2 在携程订好并已确认，到前台查不到订单，后来得知是酒店员工没把订单信息转告前台。
3 原来墙上的空调控制板没用了，想关关不了，问前台说是在衣柜里，打开一看还是没关成，最后服务员关的，还得蹬凳子。
4 服务员进来看见漏水，我说今天晚了，不影响，明天我不在房间再修，但10分钟后还是来了，我说明天修吧，根本不把客人当回事，折腾了一会儿走了，没办法。
5 第二天的早餐，可以说还不如如家汉庭之类的快捷酒店，一点儿也不过分。
6 订了2晚，押金也一起收了，回来开门开不了，又下楼到前台，重新刷房卡。
7 进门看到房间已收拾了，但卫生间放了一块毛巾，特脏，给前台打电话，来了个服务员，看见毛巾就说这洗不干净了，得赔，你们酒店的管理差还怎么赖到我身上! 我和她解释后才脱身! 这毛巾是修漏水的工人干的，不分青红皂白，进门就说得赔，我傻呀，弄脏了让你看，至少也得退房时告诉你吧!
这样的酒店谁还敢住呢!

服务不错。房间设施中规中矩，达到该有的标准。配套设施也不错，让人倍感亲切和温馨，值得点赞的一家酒店，让出差在外的人感觉到家的温馨
