因工作原因，常要出差，选择星级酒店就是为了能保障安全和卫生及服务，客观此酒店环境和位置确实不错，早餐也不错！但主观认为前台服务不敢恭维，退房时还硬说我消费了一瓶矿泉水，事实是这水我摸都没摸一下，这个委屈??，酒店员工自身工作失职，凭什么让我们消费者买单？！还从来没碰到过这样的事，还好酒店经理是个明事理的人。从这件小事中由衷提醒自己及各位朋友，入住酒店进房间最好第一件事就是先检查一下房间，虽不是我们消费者的义务，且是要麻烦一点，但能有效避免添堵！

酒店位置不错，周围餐厅多。房间设施一般，吹风机是坏的。热水不太热。早餐还可以。网上预订酒店已经确认，可前台不认可，还多加了钱。让人不舒服。

还是非常不错的，县里最好的酒店，离订吃饭地方很近，总体还算住的比较舒服。唯一就是前台业务不够熟悉，有待提升。
