探亲，定了8晚，疫情特殊情况，住了3晚就被动要求退房，可以理解。首先地理位置很好，边上就是超市，商场肯德基，很方便。其次房间设施堪比五星标准，晚上起夜，会有小夜灯自动亮起，新疆比较干燥，房间配备了加湿器，非常人性化，电动窗帘，卫生间干湿分离，沐浴用品也不错，下次来首选还是凯森。

第一点位置特别好找，第二点房间环境特别好，有个大窗户，智能化比较好，房间内还有茶和咖啡，大床房内还有浴缸，可以泡个澡，解解乏。睡觉睡得很安心，也很安静。唯一的缺点就是外卖不能上楼，马桶也是智能的，和我家的马桶卫浴都是一个牌子，惠达的是我最喜欢的卫浴。 停车也比较方便，可以电梯直接到酒店。总之，是我比较喜欢的住宿环境，在昌吉市区来说

太棒了！车库直达酒店方便！环境很好，还有浴缸，开门后窗帘自动拉上好棒，房间可以蓝牙链接手机播放音乐。就是没有拍照片。退房很快速。
