乱收费！当日房间满了，我电话告知续住，酒店说随便选个其他房型就行，那我随便选了，心想着反真是前台付现，只是个预定，就选了个贵20的房型，结果回来，果真就要多收我20,房型还不变，我说换成我预定的房型，酒店说那个房型客满！申请艺龙解决，酒店说我所选的房型今天也涨价了，涨了20！强词夺理！反正就是各种不退钱，也不给按照预定换房！
