朋友特意从南方过来玩。订的这家酒店。因为网上预定不给取消。第一宿非常非常冷隔音效果非常差。早上清洁人员在外面打扫卫生的声音非常大很早就被吵醒。本来出门在外很多东西将就一下没什么，冲着干净很新后来又订了两晚。朋友陆续抵达。很久没见特别激动当时确实不对在房间里闹没有关门，工作人员来找我们。我们冷静下来觉得确实不对不该开门吵闹，就道歉了。可是当天晚上我们出去之后回来前台又打电话说有人投诉我们吵闹，可是当晚被投诉的那个房间只有一个朋友。我们在另一个房间分了东西就各自睡了。我想说酒店的隔音不好你们自己不知道吗？难道在酒店里我们连说话都不行吗？第三天的清晨6点多就被装修吵醒了。装修的声音大到给前台打电话都听不清前台的说话声。这让人怎么睡???而且前台说没办法解决，说是邻居装修他们管不了！管不了你为什么要收钱不给退房间？?明知道那侧房间吵的厉害还给开??超级超级差的体验。非常无语。在长春将近400一晚的酒店就在被投诉和装修声度过了3晚
