和同事出差，服务很好，吴经理非常认真负责，仔细询问了我们的出行需要，及时地帮我们解决了问题。房间设施也很齐全，虽是老店，但干净整洁，服务贴心热心，还赠送了小水果。开窗就是南湖、风景很好。免费停车场 车位也很多。总之很不错！

这次出差来到长春入住名人酒店，市场营销部张美琦热情订房。到店就送来一份新鲜的果盘，热情的为我们介绍酒店周边好吃好玩的地方，看见我们带孩子来还送了小礼物孩子非常开心感谢，酒店设施相对不是很新，但是服务态度很好，遇到问题可以及时解决，管家式的服务很贴心，交通方便，酒店和南湖为伴，环境幽静，早餐和晚餐还是不错的，种类不算太多但是都很精美吃的很可口，卫生间洗澡水温很好，还有浴缸可以泡澡，床睡起来真的很舒服，下次来长春还住名人。

酒店给我留下的印象非常深刻，虽然是来酒店，但是设施设备维护的很好，房间很新，空调很给力并不是那种室内特别闷热的感觉，酒店房间配有加湿器，隔音效果也很好，住了几天睡眠都很好，舌头特别舒服，房间卫生特别干净，设施设备很齐全，周围环境特别好，酒店服务绝对是对是我去过所有酒店最好的一个，接待经理张美琦提前联系了我们，并告知房间号码，非常贴心！！！
