1. 嬉水乐园负责长滑梯的那个年轻男服务员态度恶劣，和携程投诉过该事件；
2. 退房后前台竟和携程说我没入住，导致订单被取消，积分被倒扣，还好携程最后帮助追查明白。前台服务太不专业，每次去都感觉很混乱；
3. 房间设施陈旧，入住时候发现地上还有烟头....
4. 点餐的餐厅服务很好，吃的也很棒。

能拿的出手的就这4张照片。😤酒店内部环境非常糟糕，埋汰，阳台门窗桌椅都太老旧了，温泉区更埋汰。蚊子多，唯一庆幸的就是给配了电蚊香。室内灯有好几个不亮的。之前订房留言说好的不得了的不知道都是什么心理，鄙视之。早餐厅苍蝇飞来飞去的，面包硬，菜品牛奶全是凉的，粥是热的。酒店内部的小超市晚上7点关门。大堂一个帅气的小伙子不知道是不是经理，态度很好。另外就是园区游览车两个大的全坏了，小的就一个，只能坐6个人。但是司机的服务非常棒，同去的朋友家小孩冷了司机把自己的大衣脱下来给小朋友穿。我是不回再来了，希望我的留言对你们能有用。
