酒店没得说，我只想说艺龙你是干嘛的？
过去出差一直用艺龙定房间。
这次换我本人结婚定房间，结果各种定好房间给取消，再就是和客服沟通，说有房间，临结婚前几天，直接取消房间，告知没有了。我想问，你是预定房间的平台吧？为什么预定成功之后直接取消？客服告诉我，酒店的责任，不是艺龙的问题，那我想请问，你们网站存在的意义是什么？我之前说明了是我结婚用，如果普通出差，大不了换个酒店，结果给我整成这个德行，我差点50多位宾客没住处，最后连个负责的人都没有？你们网站还有意义么？枉我过去和朋友推荐，这**无语！！！！呸！！！
