欢迎水果，升房型都答应了，结果一个没做到！上电梯楼层不需要刷卡，安全性何在，结果这种情况下外卖还需要自己下楼取，大堂里那个是经理吗，晃晃悠悠的很牛的样子，不仅不和我们顾客打个招呼，那样子我还得和他问个好才行，很多细节做的也都一般就不一一列举了，体验一般！

酒店位置很好，靠着环球广场，出行购物都很方便，新开业的酒店没有任何味道，办入住的时候前台很热情，问了一些问题都有耐心给解答 房间还送了水果，很好的一次入住体验，出行还会选择希尔顿

酒店细节很到位，希尔顿管理体系非常好，非常干净，环境优雅安静，设施全是崭新的，早餐也很丰富，每一个工作人员都热情周到，周边的酒店我都住过，这家绝对是硬件设施最新最好，服务最周到，性价比最高的一家酒店了
